Terms of Service

  1. Who we are. ModusPad is developed and owned by Vladyslav Zubkov, Canada ("we", "us"). Contact: support@moduspad.com.
  2. Purchases. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
  3. License. When you buy ModusPad you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the version you bought and its updates within the same major version, on the number of Macs included in your plan (1, 3 or 5). You may move the license between your Macs by deactivating one and activating another.
  4. Trial. You can use ModusPad free for 14 days. After the trial, the app requires a license to continue working.
  5. Activation and verification. The app activates your license online and checks it periodically. If the license cannot be verified for 7 days, the app stops working until it can connect again. A refunded or revoked license stops working.
  6. Restrictions. You may not resell, rent, share license keys publicly, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
  7. Updates. Updates within the major version you bought are free. Future major versions may be offered as a paid upgrade.
  8. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
  9. No warranty. ModusPad is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
  10. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
  11. Consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws of your country or province.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
  13. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
